JOHN DROPP Peacefully, after a lengthy illness with his wife by his side, it is with deep regret that we announce the death of John Dropp on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at the St. Boniface Hospital, at the age of 74 years. Remaining to forever cherish John's memory are his beloved wife Elizabeth Dropp; stepchildren, Lisa and Joseph as well as close friend Oscar. He was predeceased by his parents Marin and Istven; brother Pisat and niece Ilona all from Hungary. John was born in Hungary, Europe and came to Canada in 1957 with many hopes for the future. He went on to pursue his career as a Millwright which he enjoyed doing all his life. John was a dedicated husband and stepfather who had a great love for travel, dance and music. In compliance with John's wishes, there will be a small ceremony with immediate family. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the Grace Hospital and Palliative Care Unit at the St. Boniface Hospital for their exceptional care. Miss me but let me go .
