John was predeceased by his parents Mike and Mary Hlady. He is survived by his son Brent and grandson Tyler in BC, sisters Joyce (Peter) Krowchuk, Valerie (Elmer) Shumila, brothers Ron (Valerie) Benny (Pat) and numerous nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date In lieu of flowers should friends desire donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 1400-522 University Ave., Toronto, ON M5G 2R5.
