HOANG VAN PHAN December 2, 1953 May 23, 2010 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Hoang Van Phan. Dad was born in Ben Tre, Vietnam, December 2, 1953. After completing his service in the Vietnam army, Dad moved to Canada where he spent time with family in Saskatoon, Toronto, Kitchener, and Winnipeg. Dad will be remembered for his wonderful heart, his genuine soul and his beautiful smile. We love and miss you, Daddy. Daddy is survived by his common-law partner, Donna Wapass with whom they had four children; Jordan Wapass (27), Redmen Phan (24), Lisa Phan (22), Thisa Phan (20). Dad is also survived by his two sons from a previous relationship; Cuong Phan and Dat Nguyen of Toronto and his two sisters in Vietnam. Lastly, his friends and family from Canada, US, and Vietnam.
