Edna was born and raised in Theodore, SK, spending most of her adult life in Winnipeg. She loved horses and enjoyed going to the races at the Assiniboia Downs. Edna spent many years working as a cook, retiring in 1986. Edna was known for her optimism and kindness and will be dearly missed. In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 1 at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. at 11:00 a.m. Chapel Lawn 885-9715
