Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCAROLINE LARTER (nee GESSNER) Memorial Service On Saturday, June 5, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Old St. Andrews on the Red Anglican Church we will celebrate the life of our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Caroline passed away peacefully on October 10, 2009 at Tuxedo Villa Nursing Home at the age of 94. She was predeceased by her husband Victor; her brothers Jack (Frances), Charlie (Joyce), and Albert; her sisters Katie Gessner (John), Millie Cole (Bert), and Sophie; and sister-in-law Peggy Gessner. She is survived by daughters Elizabeth Hanssen (Ken), Elaine Lok (Chuck), and son Free (Linda); grandchildren Mark Hanssen (Cathryn), Corey Hanssen (Keiko), Kendra Pauls (Richard), Tim Larter, Jarod Larter (Tanya), Jon Lok (Jen), Erika Lok, and Anika Dovell (Aaron); great-grandchildren Avery, Owen and Anika Pauls, Riley and Miya Hanssen, Maelyn Larter, Maggie and Myles Dovell; brother Arthur Gessner; sister-in-law Audrey Gessner and many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the staff at Tuxedo Villa for the fine care they provided in her final years. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Caroline's name to the Canadian Cancer Society or Old St. Andrews Church. Reverend Stephan Sharman will be presiding.
