JOSEPHINE ALEXANDER After a courageous battle with cancer, Jo Alexander passed away at Riverview Health Centre on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at the age of 90 years. Remaining to forever cherish Jo's memory are nieces, Corinne McDougall (Bill) of Niagara Falls, ON, Darlene Petrelli (Adolfo) of Winnipeg; nephew Ken Kolson of Chilliwack, BC; two great-nieces; three great-nephews; three great-great-nieces; one great-great-great nephew in Canada and Florida, as well as cousins in Winnipeg and California. She was predeceased by her parents, Matthew and Catherine; sisters, Anne, Mary and Rose; as well as brothers, Frank, Steve and Michael. Jo was employed by the Manitoba Health Services Commission for 21 years until her retirement. In compliance with Jo's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. We would like to express gratitude to the staff at Catherine Place for all their help and support and also a special thanks to the staff and Doctors at St. Boniface Hospital and Riverview Palliative Care. We will miss you but we know that you are at peace now.
