HELENE DENISET (nee GADEN) It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Helene on Friday, June 4, 2010 at Seven Oaks Hospital after a brief illness. Helene was predeceased by her husband Judge Louis Deniset; her parents and her brothers and sisters. She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews, Gerry (Jo-Anne) Doerksen, Diane (Bob) Loesch, Eileen (George) Duncan, Ted (Cathy) McKee, Denis (Linda) Gaden. Also left to cherish her memory are her step-children, Helene (Gerry) Clement, Pierre (Joanne) Deniset, Rachel (Taib) Soufi, Jean-Paul Deniset, Jacques (Gisele) Deniset, Louise Deniset (Hilaire Gagne), as well as many relatives and friends. Helene was born on October 9, 1921 in Eriksdale. She worked as an Office Supervisor for the R.C.M.P. for many years until her retirement in 1986. She loved to golf and was a very competent bridge player. She was a member of five different Bridge Clubs around Winnipeg. Helene was a woman of elegance and class, she had a unique way of making people feel special and everyone she knew was important to her. The family would like to thank Dr. Montgomery and staff of the St. Boniface Hospital for their excellent care and compassion given to Helene. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service celebrating Helene's life will be held on Tuesday, June 8 at 10:30 a.m. in the Coutu Funeral Chapel, 680 Archibald Street.
