EDNA MAY MCCALLUM Peacefully, on Friday, June 4, 2010 at the Taché Centre, Edna passed away at the age of 80 years. She was predeceased by her parents, John and Lilly; and by her siblings: Cecil, Mildred, Audrey, Gerald and Stewart; and her nephew Fred. Edna will be remembered by her nieces and nephews: Gerry (Corinne), Sharon (Bill), Leonard, Gail, Darwin (Sharon) and Brian (Nicole), as well as many relatives and friends. In her early years, Edna worked as a bookkeeper in the textile industry, later devoting her life caring for her family and most recently her special friend Alice at Taché Centre. Special thanks to the staff on 3ABC at Taché Centre for their care and compassion towards our aunt. As per Edna's wishes, cremation will take place and no formal service will be held.
