Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANGELINA LAURIN (nee SABOT) (TOUTONNE) 1928 - 2010 With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Angelina on Sunday, June 6, 2010, at the Ste. Anne Hospital. Peacefully and surrounded by family, she left to join her beloved Emile. She will be greatly missed by her children: Andre (Sheila), Georges (Rachelle), Doris (Guy), Dianne (Gerry), Denis (Carole), Suzanne (Mark), Louis (Pauline); daughter-in-law Arlene, 26 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren. Also left to cherish her memory are her brother Marcel Sabot; sisters, Eveline, Irene, Jeannette, Juliette and many in-laws, nieces and nephews. Angelina was a kind, compassionate woman, who enjoyed helping others. During her life, she owned and operated a restaurant, later a store while bringing up her family. She was a hard working wife and mother. She was a great cook and had mastered many crafts in retirement. The family and friends were the grateful recipients of all her labours. She had a great sense of humour and joked to the very last days of her life. Serious moments she repeatedly told us she was ready for the last journey and finally she would re-unite with her beloved Emile. She was predeceased by her husband Emile in 1999 and son Maurice in 2004. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. with a powerpoint at 1:30 p.m. at the Ste. Anne Roman Catholic Church. Father Rene Chartier will be celebrating mass. Interment of the ashes will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to do so, may make a donation to the charity of their choice in Angelina's memory. The family wished to extend heartfelt thanks to the doctors and staff at both the St. Boniface and Ste. Anne Hospitals for the care given to Angelina.
