Friends and family are welcome to gather with the Hornby family at 1:00 p.m. on June 19, 2010 at Lyle Hornby's residence in Ashern, MB to share in the memories of their Dad and Uncle and inter their cremains. A barbeque will take place for family and friends who have come to join them that day. Garry attended Taoist Tai Chi Society Health Recovery Classes. He fought so bravely and brightly in the face of his serious health issues. He was always positive minded and diligent in his practice of taijiquan; solo and group practice provided him with some relief and the feeling of being able to do something for himself. Many members of the Society were saddened to hear of his sudden passing.
