A. MIKE WIEBE (ALBERT) MICHAEL WIEBE Born: August 3, 1949 It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved, father, brother and friend, Mike Wiebe. After a courageous and lengthy battle with his health, Mike passed away peacefully at his home on June 8, 2010. Mike worked with The Southland Corporation for many years. From there he operated his own company, The Early Marketing Corp., which he put his heart and soul into like any other task and project he took on. Mike spent many happy years living in Sandy Hook, MB watching the love of his life, his daughter Kathryn growing up. He especially enjoyed his time with his family and friends camping and fishing. He also had a love for carpentry and wood working. Mike leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Kathryn and her mother, Kathy, his brother Chris, his good friends, Terry Harapiak, Jamie Desmond and his many other friends he has made over the years. Mike was predeceased by his baby daughter Kracinda, his mother Dorothea Wiebe and his father Albert Wiebe. He has now joined them in God's care. In keeping with Mike's wishes, cremation has taken place. In celebration of Mike's life, a gathering shall take place on, Saturday, June 19, 2010 2:00 p.m. at the residence of Grant Ritchie, 850 Kildonan Drive, Winnipeg, MB (off Henderson Hwy.) In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The CancerCare Unit at The Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg, MB. God saw you struggling and lifted you into his arms. You will be forever loved, missed and remembered. You can let go now Daddy, Kathryn xoxo
