JOA (CHRISTENSEN) April 5, 1947 ~ June 21, 2010 I've lived many seasons of sweet memories, and my life has touched so many others, thus I leave a warm and loving legacy. I will dearly miss my soulmate Lyle; and my son Donald, who is my shining star; my sister Joey and husband Don McFadyen, and their children, Jolene and Donnie, who I viewed as my grandchildren; my mother Ruth Carman; my brothers, Wallace Christensen and wife Kathy, Oliver Christensen and wife Sharon, numerous nieces, nephews and many other family and friends; and of course, my loving pets. I love you all. A Celebration of Life will take place on Tuesday, June 29 at Neil Bardal Inc., 3030 Notre Dame Avenue (across from Brookside Cemetery) at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, it would be appreciated that donations be given to Darcy's Arc or the Winnipeg Humane Society.
