Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMICHAEL DUANE MOSHENKO Peacefully on June 16, 2010 at the St. Boniface Palliative Care Unit, Mike passed away with his mother by his side. Left to cherish Mike's memory is his mother Joann and three brothers, Mervin, Richard (Marlene), Russell; special friend Colleen; and many Aunts, Uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his father Bill and brother Fred and sister Debbie. Mike was born in Winnipegosis May 1, 1961. In Mike's short life he lived in many different places, but Snow Lake was his home for the last 36 Years. Mike (Shank) worked 30 Years for Hud Bay. Mike always lived life to the fullest and loved his music, he was known as the Snow Lake Rocker. His music was so loud he entertained the neighbors. Mike was a sports nut, curling and hockey. Go Canadiens go HABS. Mike was also a Snow Lake legion member. Mike always loved putting a tomato garden in with his friends, Sandy and Millie. Mike's kind spirit and smiling face will be missed by everybody that knew him. He spent his last three months in the care of his Aunt Siunn and Uncle Arnie. Memorial Service in Snow Lake, MB 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 3, 2010 at the Community Hall. Thanks to the Doctors in Snow Lake and all the Doctors and Nurses in CancerCare, Concordia Hospital for the excellent care.
