Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLEO (PITOU) TAILLEFER It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Léo on Monday, June 28, 2010, at the age of 60 years. Léo is lovingly remembered by his daughters Denise (Kevin) Tremblay, Lynne, Lise Simister and Joëlle (Ed Le), three grandchildren Kelly, Jordan and Cory, brother David (Florence), sisters Lina (Fernand) Laurencelle, Laurette (Claude) Sarrasin, Marie (James) Engel, Yvonne (Alfred Laurencelle) Marion and Claudette (Louis) Lavallée, sisters-in-law Mary-Jo Taillefer and Lorraine Taillefer, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Jean and Simone Taillefer, two brothers Jean-Paul and Jacques and good friend Denis Bohémier. Léo, a dedicated Knight of Columbus, was always ready to lend a hand especially when it came to his daughters. He enjoyed the outdoors by going fishing, hunting and umpiring baseball. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, July 5 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Boniface Cathedral, 190 av de la Cathedrale. Burial will take place at the St. Boniface Cemetery.
