Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLARA IRENE WOODFORD April 23, 1924 - June 30, 2010 After her battle with cancer, Clara Irene Woodford (nee Woodhouse) of Pinaymootang First Nation passed away on June 30, 2010 at her home with all her children, nieces, nephews and friends by her side, at the age of 86 years. Left to cherish her memory are her children, John (Mildred), Doreen (Edward), Beatrice (Edgar), Melvin (Muriel), Colin (Sheryl), Colleen (Dennis), Terry (Clifford), Ruby, Kurt (Diane), and grandson, Shannon Sumner whom she raised as her own. Wake Service will be held on Sunday, July 4, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Fairford House of Prayer. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 5, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Helen's Anglican Church with Father Ron McCullough officiating. Interment will follow at the St. Helen's Cemetery, Fairford, Manitoba. Arrangements entrusted to ANDERSON FAMILY FUNERAL HOME 1-866-293-4951

Grew up knowing her and doing the 1000 piece puzzles with her and finishes it with her. seeing her smile lightened my day my dad always took me with him to go see her. loved her lots. proud to share her name. My Granny Clara was always happy. Loved the slippers she made for me and my brother, she also made wrist warmers for us.
