He will be lovingly missed by his wife Gwen; two daughters Betty (Wayne) Jones and Terri (Dwayne) Sperle; one son Ross (Carmen) and her daughter Halley, granddaughter Brianna Sawyer (Aaron Cassidy); grandsons Everett and Ethan Sperle; one sister Orma McRae and one brother Art Storie. He was a willing community worker, serving on various boards and committees, and volunteering his help at many events throughout the years. He liked to go for Sunday drives, play pool, curl, dance, play cards, and enjoy coffee with friends. Heartfelt thanks are extended to Dr. Samuels, the nurses and entire staff of MacGregor Personal Care Home for the wonderful care given to Roy. He loved all of you and greatly enjoyed the good natured teasing and laughter he shared with you. Graveside Service will be held on Monday, July 12, 2010 at 2:00 pm in the Austin Cemetery with Shannon Bodnarchuck. Donations may be made to the MacGregor Health Foundation.
