Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySTELLA MACLEOD Stella MacLeod (nee Lebitt) beloved wife of Lloyd MacLeod of Tignish Seniors Home in her 85th year passed away peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown on Sunday, June 27, 2010. Born in Hazelridge, Manitoba on December 27, 1925. She was the daughter of the late Frederick and Eva (nee Hudz) Lebitt of Winnipeg, Manitoba. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters, John, Steve (late Olga), Peter, Kay (late Paul) Nimchuk, Margaret Kolenc. She is survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews whom all loved her dearly. A private funeral was held on Wednesday at the Rooney Funeral Home in Alberton, P.E.I. with Rev. Robert Lockhart officiating. Interment was at the United Church Cemetery Tignish. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Arthritic Association would be gratefully appreciated or take a shut-in out for a cup of coffee.
