ALAN JAMES CHRISTOPHER MARSHALL September 11, 1946 - July 12, 2010 Suddenly with his family at his side Alan passed away on Monday, July 12, 2010 at the age of 63 years. Alan was predeceased by his father Fred and his son Benjamin. He will be lovingly remembered by his beloved wife Eveline, sons: Adam (Marina), James, Scott, two grandsons Randy and Daniel. He will also be sadly missed by his mother Frances, sister Anne (David), Carole (Wayne), Janet (David), and their families, as well as his numerous extended family members and dear friends. Alan was retired from the Victoria General Hospital. He was employed as a Radiology Technologist and later as Manager of Imaging Services for over 25 years. He will be remembered for his passion for photography, his artistry and creativity, his fondness for different genres of music, his interest in politics and current events as well as his quick wit and sense of humour. He enjoyed and took great pride in tending to his gardens surrounding his home. Family was extremely important to Alan. In accordance with Alan's wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2010 at 11:00 a.m., at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. A private interment will be held at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will be held in the Reception Centre. A special thank you to family and friends for their loving care and support.
