Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTHOMAS OSBORNE HAWKINS 1946 - 2010 Tom passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at the age of 64. He is survived by his daughters Trenna Brook (husband Randy, grandson Jade) and Jaime Joelle (husband Jason, grandsons Denver and Cashton, granddaughter August). Brothers, Allan, Art, Terry and sister Linda. A celebration of Tom's life will be held on Thursday, July 29 at 2:00 p.m. at ANAVETS Unit 283, 3584 Portage Avenue.
