ADELLA ZUBKO (nee KARUTSKY) After a long and happy life Adella fell asleep in death on July 25, 2010 at the St. Boniface Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband Fred in 1985. She is survived by her daughters Aurellia (Ed) and Allegra (Bob) and sons Vern (Shirley), Alvin, Daryl; grandchildren Todd (Dana), Denise (Jim), Layne (Michelle), Lisa (Sylvain), Alexis (Phil); and great-grandchildren Carter, Devon and Sabrina. She was born in Montreal, Quebec on August 22, 1913. She would have been 97 years old in August. Adella dedicated her life to her God Jehovah on June 15, 1931. She loved to talk about her creator Jehovah to everyone she met. One of her favourite scriptures was Revelation 21:4, which speaks of her hope to live in a paradise earth. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 30, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall Centre, 227 Lakewood Blvd., with Anthony Kushniruk officiating. The family would like to express their deepest appreciation to the staff of the Convalescent Home of Winnipeg for their excellent care and compassion. Due to allergies, we respectfully request no men's or women's fragrances be worn to the memorial service.
