Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWESLEY BRUCE COYLE December 20, 1955 - July 18, 2010 It is with deep sadness that we announce Wesley's departure from this world after a brave and dignified battle with melanoma. He fought this battle with tremendous grace, courage and strength. He spent the last two and one half years receiving medical treatment in Houston, Texas where he made numerous friends and acquaintances. He died in Calgary with his sister Peggy by his side. Wes leaves behind his two daughters, Melissa and Krystin, mother Lois Coyle, brother Ron Coyle, sister/brother-in-law Peggy and Chris Seaver, uncles Denis Amos and Ken Bell, aunt Mary Lou Amos, nieces Sarah and Rose, and his beautiful friend Christie Tran of Houston, all to mourn his passing. He was predeceased earlier this year by his father Bruce Coyle. He enjoyed being in the great outdoors and had a lifelong passion for fishing, but it was Melissa and Krystin who brought true joy and love into his life. He recently told Melissa and Krystin that the happiest days of his life where whenever he was with them. The three of them didn't need much to be happy when they were together; they had each other. They spent many a beautiful day fishing, camping or just feeding the ducks at St. Vital Park. He was very proud of them, accepted them for who they were and loved them totally. Wes was well liked by everybody he met. He touched all of us with his honesty, sense of humour and by just being Wes. His sense of humour was beautiful and he was the funniest guy ever. He enjoyed learning new things and had an infectious curiosity about the world around him. He will always be loved, greatly missed and never forgotten. While Wes was ill we were fortunate to be able to enjoy some additional special time with him, whether it was just sitting and visiting or the week in the Cayman Islands with Melissa and Krystin. For this we are very thankful. Grieve not, nor speak of me with tears, but laugh and talk of me as if I were with you. I love you so. We are honouring Wes' wishes - cremation with no formal service. Was taken back to Bentwood Bay in Windsor Park, probably circa 1964-1966 or so when I saw Wesley's obit. Very sad, far too young. I moved away as my mother passed away in 1966. I remember we were partners in crime. I'm happy Wesley left Melissa and Kristin. Hope to meet again ......Greg Davidson - Posted by: Greg Davidson (Childhood friend) on: Jun 10, 2020
