CHRISTINE MARIE EVANS (nee KICZAK) Peacefully on Sunday, July 25, 2010 with her family at her side, Christine passed away at the Grace Hospital at the age of 83 years. Remaining to forever cherish Christine's memory are her son Grant (Lorraine); granddaughter Laurie (Arthur) McLeod; great- grandsons Quinn and Aidan of Winnipeg; daughter Sandra (Bob) Griesel of Olympia, Washington; grandchildren Gerald (Michelle) of Fairbanks, Alaska, and Shannon of Eugene Oregon; sisters-in-law Enid McCaskill, of Victoria, BC; Shirley Evans of Winnipeg; Shirley (Andy) Lamothe of Winnipeg; Margaret (Albert) Lamothe of Arnes MB; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Tom of 61 years of marriage. On Tuesday, August 3 Christine's Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street at Manitoba Avenue. The family wishes to express special thanks to the staff at Sturgeon Creek II and the ICU at Grace Hospital for their care and compassion.
