Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNIE VOTH September 30, 1913 - July 23, 2010 Annie Voth of Winnipeg, formerly of Manitou, aged 96, died July 23, 2010 at Donwood Manor. At the age of 12, Annie immigrated to Canada from Russia with her parents Frank and Katherin Dyck and siblings. They settled in Manitou, Manitoba. In 1935 she married David Voth whom she deeply missed after his passing in 1972. She moved to Winnipeg in 1979 where she lived independently until 2008 when she required more care. Annie was a lifelong learner reading until four months before her passing. She enjoyed making meals for her family, hosting guests, interacting with people of other backgrounds, growing plants and travelling. Her faith in Christ helped her negotiate the difficulties of life. She will be missed by sons Franklin (Esther), Hermann (Mary); daughter Helena; daughter-in-law Lois; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and sister Lydia Froese. She was predeceased by husband David (1972); sons John (1990), Ben (2006) and Harry (2009); grandson Billy (1980); two grandchildren born prematurely; and brother John Dyck. The family is grateful to the staff at Donwood Manor for the excellent care and support given. Viewing was at Donwood Manor Auditorium, 165 Donwood Drive, on Tuesday, July 27 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, July 31 at 2:00 p.m. in the Manitou Mennonite Brethren Church. Interment is in the Manitou Community Cemetery. If desired, donations in Annie's memory may be made to The Gideons International in Canada, P.O.
