MARIA BRAUN It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Maria (Mika) Braun on July 31, 2010. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Ana and son-in-law Robert, son Henry and daughter-in-law Judy, grandchildren Patricia, Brittany and Amber; her sister Annie, brothers Albert (Eugenie), Jake (Mika), John (Lina) and Henry (Lina). She was predeceased by her parents Helene and Nicholas Dahl, husband Jacob, brother Nichlas (Nellie), brother-in-law Voldamar and son Alfred. Although Mika had many challenges in life, it was her strong faith in the Lord that saw her through. Mom was the kindest, most generous person. Her family meant everything to her. We will forever miss her sense of humour, her home cooking and her loving spirit. We were blessed to have her in our lives. The family would like to thank the staff on N3 East Concordia Hospital for the care given to our Mother. In accordance with Mom's wishes, a private family gathering has taken place.
