WALTER ALBERT KWAMSOOS 1930 2010 On August 6, 2010 at his residence, Walter Kwamsoos, passed away peacefully. Walter is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Helen (his #1 Angel), his two children, Wayne and Dale, beloved grandchildren, Kresta, Kelly, Kristopher, Zane and Jess; sisters Florence of British Columbia and Irene of Manitoba, and brother Halmer of British Columbia. Walter will also be missed by his extended family Lori, Jon Kirstie and Chelsey. Walter worked construction on the road in his younger years before buying a grocery store to bring his family together. At 50 he retired to the beach as a handyman/contractor and continued caring for his favourite lady friends on into his seventies! He loved his workshop and spent many hours making garden ornaments for his friends and neighbours. Walter will always be remembered for his quiet ways, the smile on his face and the wink in his eye. The family would like to thank Interlake Palliative Care for sending the angels that helped take care and provided comfort to Walter and gave support to Helen. The family are also extremely grateful to the many family, friends, and neighbours for their ongoing support and love. A celebration of Walter's life will be held Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at the Matlock Recreational Hall, 71 Matlock Road (P.R.
