Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHARVEY R. KITTLE Harv was reunited on August 14, 2010 with his parents Olive (McCallum) and Henry Kittle of Bobcaygeon, in-laws Fred and Angie (Dillin) Basken of Churchbridge and brother-in-law Deane Basken. He will be sadly missed by his wife Mirleen and her children Pat Sullivan (Rose Marie Link) of Albuquerque, Terry Sullivan (Dan Perrin), Tim Sullivan (Dolores Phillips), and Beverley Davies (Kola), all of Winnipeg. Dear Grandpa of Cole Sullivan, Toronto, Dillin Sullivan, Tyrell Benton and Tumi Davies of Winnipeg and father-in-law of Tom Pshednovak. His brothers Richard and Helen, Dave and Marilyn, Robert and Bonnie and sisters Jane and Paul English of Bridgenorth, ON, Katy and Bob MacDonald, Orillia, ON and Phyllis and Declan Dunne of London, ON. And many nieces and nephews in Ontario and Saskatchewan and his four legged friends Charley, Sandy and Sadie. Harvey was born in Bobcaygeon, ON the Hub of the Kawarthas on June 7, 1936 and lived and worked there until 1968 when he moved to Winnipeg to work in the first Canadian Tire store. He retired from Canadian Tire in 1997 after working from 1962 to 1997. He married Mirleen in 1969 and acquired four children at the same time. They bought their home on the river in 1973 where Harv kept busy gardening and tending to his lawns. He built his garanda where many Labour Floor parties, celebrations and meals were enjoyed. Harv was the neighbourhood and family Mr Fix It and we're missing his expertise and talents already. Harv had a rapid growing leiomyosarcoma diagnosed after surgery this summer. Jane, Phyllis, Declan and Dolores were of great help and comfort to Harv and family during the last few days. Thank you to Seven Oaks staff 5U6 for their concern, care and comfort especially, Heloise, Lynn, Kelly and Dale. Cremation has taken place with burial later in Churchbridge, Saskatchewan. Friends and neighbours will celebrate Harv's life with his family at their home on the river on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. LOVE AND WE'LL MISS YOU HARV!

Harv you were the greatest Dad any son could ever have had.You taught me so much through your vast knowledge of everything.More importantly you taught me by your own great example of how to help others and expect nothing in return. You never ceased to amaze me with your determination, patience and attention to detail. You rarely asked for anything for yourself and even when you were in such pain you were reluctant to complain or ask for help. I still can't believe you are gone and I miss you so much. You will always be my hero Harv. See you again one day! Love your son, Tim - Posted by: timothy sullivan (Family) on: Sep 02, 2010
