ROLAND DYCK 1920 - 2010 On Wednesday, August 18, 2010, at Boundary Trails Health Centre, Roland Dyck aged 90 years of Winkler, MB and formerly of the Wingham District, went to his eternal rest. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife, Tina (nee Rempel), two daughters, Nettie and Eugene Peters of Carman, Esther and Abe Paetkau of Morris, one son, Rona and Janet Dyck of Carman; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren as well as his sister, Lena Krause of Portage La Prairie and brother, Jack and Lena Dyck of Lethbridge, AB. He was predeceased by a grandson, Jamie Scott Dyck and a brother-in-law, Peter Krause. Viewing will be (today) Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Wiebe Funeral Home, 121 8th St. in Winkler and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Doyle's Funeral Chapel in Carman as well as at the church prior to the service. Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 23, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Carman Mennonite Church, B-20 1st Ave. SW. Interment to follow at the Elm Creek Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Roland's memory to Boundary Trails Health Centre Cancer Unit, Box 2000, Winkler, MB R6W 1H8.
