KANDY PATRICIA JOHNSON April 10, 1960 - August 2, 2010 The family wishes to share the passing of our sister Kandy, beloved wife of Kor Meeter. Kandy is survived by her husband Kor, parents, Jeanette and Leroy Johnson, sisters Darlene, Bonnie (Alain), Robin (Gino), Toby (Luc), Kelly (Randy), Tracey (Tom), brothers Donald, Van (Claudette), Lloyd (Colleen), and Leroy (Karen). Kandy was the last surviving triplet and is now reunited with her brothers Kim and John. Kandy had many endeavors growing up on the farm and was always eager to experience the outdoors. She also took her talents indoors and became a wonderful chef. She shared her love of life with her husband, Kor in Port Clements, BC where they resided for 28 years. The family would like to thank Kor's two daughters, Lynda and Karen, Kandy's close friends, Lynda and Ellie as well as many friends on the island. Special thanks to all the staff at the hospital in Masset, BC for their tremendous support. A service was held in Masset on Saturday, August 14, 2010 and a private family gathering was held this week in Otterburne, MB. It is a far, far better place that I go to than I have ever been. It is a far, far better rest that I go to than I have ever known.
