RICHARD ARTHUR LEE CATCHEWAY August 26, 1988 - August 20, 2010 It is with deep sorrow and with deep pain in our hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our dearly beloved son, grandson, and father, Richard Arthur Lee Catcheway, on August 20, 2010, at the age of 21 years. Richard will be lovingly remembered and cherished forever by his loving mother Jacqueline and friend Pastor M. Rodriguez of Winnipeg; his father, Richard Catcheway (Lori); brothers, Desmond, Brent, Reggie, Scotty, Ricki, Melvin and Delywn; sister, Karlee and little sister Heavenly Angel Faith; sons, Ricco Shorting and Raidyn Catcheway and little Surri of Little Saskatchewan; grandfather, Fred Catcheway; aunties, MaryAnn Catcheway (Clifford) of Winnipeg, MB, Marlene Chartrand (Joe) of Vancouver, BC, Marcelline Houle (Leonard) of Dauphin, MB, Juliette Catcheway of Vancouver, BC; uncles, Leonard Catcheway (Bertha) of Little Saskatchewan, MB, William Catcheway (Florence) of Winnipeg, MB, Dennis Catcheway (Marie) of Skownan, MB, Thomas Catcheway (Teresa) of Shoal River, Sterling Catcheway (Noella) of Skownan, MB, Cameron Catcheway (Sylvia) of Skownan, MB; numerous cousins, aunties, uncles, and friends. Richard was very close to his mom Jackie and would often tell her, Mom I love you don't worry about me. I will be home soon . Richard loved his family dearly and will be missed by all. Richard always remembered and talked about his brother Desmond. Often he would ask Did Desmond call? So my son Rest in Peace, I'm happy you came to spend time and live with me on your last days and I'm proud to say I was your mother and the Lord will be with me to overcome my big loss and that I would be lost without our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Richard was predeceased by his great-grandparents whom he was raised and loved by: grandpa Arthur Woodhouse February 14, 1991 and grandmother Flora Woodhouse January 16, 2001; auntie Irma Thompson September 13, 1986, baby sister Tiffany December 6, 2000; brother Timothy Woodhouse September 16, 2007 which always affected him, who he would often make mention of; and his auntie Veronica Walker April 18, 2010. Richard was also predeceased by his grandmother, Elise Catcheway, uncles Russell Catcheway and Wesley Catcheway. God bless you. Wake Services will be held on Wednesday, August 25 at 6:00 p.m. at the Skownan Pentecostal Church and on Thursday, August 26 at 7:00 p.m. at the Fairford House of Prayer. Funeral Service will take place on Friday, August 27, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. also at the Fairford House of Prayer. Officiants will be Pastor Abraham Houle and Pastor Wilfred Bruce.
