Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRAYMOND ARTHUR CARTER It is with great sadness that the family of Raymond Arthur Carter announces his passing after an extended illness that took his life on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at the age of 76 years. Raymond is survived by his beloved wife Donna Carter, son Gerald Carter and predeceased by his daughter Janice Breivik (nee Carter). A memorial for Art will be held at 1:00 p.m., September 25, 2010 at Victory Memorial Park, 14831 28th Ave., Surrey, BC V4P 1P3. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
