Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOEL DALLIS JOHNSON May 25, 1961 September 1, 2010 After a tragic accident, Joel went home to be with his Lord and Saviour. He passes with sorrow from our lives and with joy to his eternal home. He leaves to cherish his memory, his son Travis; grandchildren, Shayna and Jhett; son Chazz; daughter Janna; loving parents, Paul and Trudy; sister J'Lynn; niece Veronica; great-niece Abigail, in Hague, SK, he leaves his loving wife Patty; and stepchildren, Cherry and Tristin Heinrichs. Joel experienced freedom from the bondage of his addictions by God's amazing grace. In lieu of flowers or for anyone wishing to honour his memory, donations can be made to Teen Challenge, 414 Edmonton St., Winnipeg, MB R3B 2M2. A funeral was held in Hague, SK on Tuesday, September 7. Thanks to all who helped us through.

I was deeply sadden when I heard about the passing of Joel. The news brought back a wave of childhood memories. We spent may hours together either playing table tennis at my house or just hanging around at his end of the street. I remember floor hockey games at his church and even a church camping trip. Yes, we were able to get into a bit of trouble but nothing different than most young boys did. I think we had a little more freedom than we allow our kids today. This were childhood memories that you seem to cherish forever. I deeply regret not connecting with Joel in our later years. I was surfing the Internet and I ran across a website that Joel had tried to connect with me unfortunately I never saw it until it was too late.
