Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN KENNETH KIPE April 17, 1954 - September 7, 2010 Beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He lived in Tourond, Manitoba for 28 years and went to be with Jesus while visiting his family in Pennsylvania. He was predeceased by his first wife, Erin Eberly, and his parents, Samuel and Nancy Kipe. Left to remember him are his wife, Eleanor Voth Kipe, and his children, Mandy Bergen, Emily Brodeur, Brandon Kipe, and Brent Kipe, and their families. He will also be missed by his two sisters and their families, the Voth family, and many friends. He was a man with a passion for life. This included owning and serving customers at Tourond Superette, coaching high school basketball, cheering for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, travelling with his wife, and spending time with his family - especially his grandkids. A service to celebrate his life will be held on Thursday, September 16 at 6:30 p.m. at the Word of Life Mission Church in Niverville, Manitoba. Eleanor and family -- We are so sorry to hear this sad news. It was always a pleasure to go into the Tourond Superette and see John's smiling face. He was always cheerful, even when pumping gas at 40 below. And he made wonderful coke floats.
