LINDA MAUREEN STOCK (nee CHARISON) August 3, 1952 September 13, 2010 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and beloved friend, at the age of 58 at her home in Morden. Linda is survived and deeply missed by her husband of 36 years, Fred; daughters, Kelly and Kimberly; sons, Richard and Timothy; daughters-in-law, Chantha and Maria; grandchildren, Liam and Avery. Linda is also missed by her mother Margaret Charison; sisters, Sandy and Sherry; and brother Curtis (June); mother-in-law Rose, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends. Linda was pre-deceased by her father Stan and brother-in-law John. Linda was born in Teulon, MB on August 3, 1952 and was the third of four children. Linda and Fred married in Winnipeg on February 23, 1974 and moved to Dryden, ON. They raised their four children in Beausejour, Stonewall, Niverville, Morris, Winkler, and finally in Morden, MB. Linda was blessed with many close friends in all of these communities. Linda loved spending time with her family and grandchildren, reading, working in her yard, playing the piano, travelling and working in her libraries. She had a great sense of humour and was always there for those in need. A come-and-go celebration of Linda's life will be held at St. Paul's United Church on Saturday, September 18, 2010 between 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 353 Thornhill Street, Morden, MB. In lieu of flowers, the family would invite the donation of a favourite book to be given to the family, which will be donated to a library in her honour.
