NORMAN RODERICK FRASER March 22, 1923 - September 23, 2010 RCNVR We are saddened to announce the passing of our father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, Norman. He is survived by his sister Margaret Fraser. His daughter Valerie McDonald and spouse John. His granddaughter Edith McDonald and spouse John (Bill) Burgess and their children, Chloe and Simon of Minneapolis, MN. His grandson John Fraser McDonald. His daughter Norma McCulloch and spouse Robert. His granddaughter Jackie Odway and spouse Jeff and their daughter Jordan of Calgary, AB. He was predeceased by his wife Edith (nee Crow). His daughter Katie Albo and by his parents, Jane (nee Casey) and Samuel Fraser. He graduated from St. Paul's High School and Success Business College. He joined the Royal Canadian Navy Volunteer Reserve serving overseas with the Motor Torpedo Boat 29th, flotilla. Norman returned to Winnipeg and joined Robin Hood Flour until retirement. A mass will be held Wednesday, September 29 at 11:00 a.m., St. Ignatius Catholic Church, SW Corydon and Stafford. A reception will be held immediately following the service in the church hall downstairs. A private family burial has been held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lung Association of Manitoba, 629 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3A 1P6.
