ROZALIA PLAZAK (nee DOLEZYK) August 11, 1924 - September 29, 2010 It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Rozalia Plazak on September 29, 2010 at Parkview Place. Rozalia was born near Luck, Poland and is predeceased by her beloved husband Tadeusz, parents Michal and Marcelina Dolezyk, sister Zosia, brothers Jan, Stanislaw and Tadeusz. She is survived by her son Zygmunt Plazak; daughter Wanda Wilson (Dave), grandsons Michael and Alex; sister Helena, niece Diana and great niece Charlotte of Leeds, England. Family wishes to acknowledge the staff at 9th floor Parkview Place for their kind and compassionate care of Rozalia. Prayers will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, October 4, 2010 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home (455 Lagimodiere Blvd.). Funeral Mass will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at Mary Mother of the Church (85 Kirkbridge Drive) with a reception to follow. Interment will take place in Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens following the reception.
