AGNES (NANIS) PALMER 1928 - 2010 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Agnes Cowan Palmer, our beloved Nanis, on September 28, 2010 at Victoria Hospital at the age of 81. Agnes is predeceased by her husband Stuart; daughter Lynn; her parents, Mary and Archibald Macgregor; sister Janet; and brothers, Archie and David. She is survived by her sister Nancy Christieson of Ontario. Memories of Agnes will be cherished by Nancy and her family; Janet, Archie and David's family; and her beloved friends: Louise, Martine, Dawn and Toni, Al and Sylvia. Agnes was born in Glasgow, Scotland in 1928 and moved to Winnipeg in 1957 with Stuart and Lynn. She worked for Investors Group for 28 years until she retired in 1992. The family gives thanks to the staff at Victoria Hospital for their care and compassion. We would like to give sincere thanks to Louise Rougeau for all her compassion and help and to Dawn Bering who was always there and able to be counted upon. A private service will be held for family.
