Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALDERIC PIERRE GUAY The family of Alderic Pierre Guay sadly announces his passing after a lengthy illness on Monday, October 4, 2010 at age 84 years. Beloved husband of Lucille (nee Roy) for 59 lovely years. Much loved father of Pierre and his wife Sandy of Brantford. Loving grandfather of Monique and Bobby and great-grandchildren Chantal and Austin. Predeceased by his parents Pierre and Mary Louise Guay. Dear brother of Marcellin, Robert, Denise, Roger, Fernand, Jean-Claude, and Pierrette. Predeceased by sister Desneiges and brothers Adrian and Daniel. Also loved by nieces and nephews. Alderic was an iron worker employed at Ontario Hydro. After his family, he also enjoyed gardening, dancing, golf and shuffleboard. The family will receive relatives and friends at McCLEISTER FUNERAL HOME, 495 Park Rd. N., Brantford on Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Pius X Church, 9 Waverley St. on Friday at 1:00 p.m. followed by cremation.
