MICHAEL VICTOR JACKSON October 27, 1964 October 11, 2009 One year ago today our world was torn apart and our hearts were broken forever. We go about doing our daily chores as we are expected but no one knows how our heart aches. We think of you with love every day and miss you more than words can say. Going to the lake is not the same anymore. We are missing a person at the table for breakfast, lunch and supper. No one opening the fridge for all the different dips to put on their potatoes, no red bike parked outside, no one to say thanks mom for supper. No one can come over and hook up all the wires to all the new electronic gadgets like you could. Nothing seems to be that important anymore and none of the holidays are the same when one you love is no longer there. We miss the phone calls around 6:30 every night, Michael is on the phone , and through a million tears and broken hearts all we have is your picture and memories which are not you. We look for you all over hoping you will be there but we know it is not to be, but maybe you are that pretty butterfly we see flying around. Your birthday present is waiting here, never to be seen by you. That Saturday night you had supper and we hugged you and watched you walk away, I did not know it would be the last time we would ever hug you, or see your beautiful smile again. We go to bed and close our eyes hoping to see you or dream about you. We miss you every day more and more. Until we meet again. - Love Mom and Dad. We thought of you today, But that is nothing new. We thought of you yesterday, And will tomorrow, too. We think of you in silence, And make no outward show. For what is meant to lose you, Only those who love you know. Remembering you is easy, We do it every day. It's the heartache of losing you, That will never go away. - Love Laurie, Paul, Cole and Celina.
