HERMAN AXEL ANDERSON Peacefully on Monday, October 11, 2010 our Dad, Herman Axel Anderson, with Mom, Nancy Anne, his beloved wife at his side passed away at Riverview Health Centre at the age of 82 years. Remaining to forever cherish Herman's memory are his children in Alberta Ricky, Cathy (Joe) and Danny, in Manitoba, Heather (Ken), Brenda (Ken), Cindy (Gord), Kevin (Rachel), Kathleen (Darren), Shelly (Scott); grandchildren Shane, Pam, Tyler, Kyle, Krista (Mark), Ryan, Steven (Amanda), Michael (Jessica), Trevor, Katelyn, Matthew, Tyler, Leighton, Erin and Chloe; great-grandchildren Amber, Nick, Kayla and baby Spence due in January 2011; sisters and brothers in Alberta Eleanor, Hilda, Dot, Carol, Andy and Joe, as well as many sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his beloved son, Timothy Robert (1987); mother and father; mother-in-law; father-in-law; sisters; brothers; daughter-in-law Linda; sister-in-law Jan; brother-in-law Jim. Herman loved woodworking, after retirement he put his heart into each unique and special piece. He created rocking horses, toy boxes and many other special projects. Dad loved and cherished each and everyone he knew, he touched so many hearts, he will be truly missed, always remembered, never forgotten. On Friday, October 15, 2010 Herman's Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street at Manitoba Avenue. The family wishes to extend special thanks to Dr. duPlessis, CancerCare, WRHA Palliative Care and Riverview Health Centre as well as a special thank you to brother-in-law Bob, sister- in-law and brother-in-law Debbie and Bud.
