Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGERALD FREDERICK (JUDGE) KELLY It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our friend Gerald Frederick Kelly on Thursday, October 7, 2010. Mr. Kelly arrived in Canada in 1959 from his home in Belfast, Ireland. His work with the government included administration with the Manitoba Municipal Affairs Department and as a Provincial Magistrate. Mr. Kelly was employed by Indian and Northern Affairs for some 30 years. In his role with the Federal Government, he received visiting dignitaries from around the world. Mr. Kelly will be remembered by many friends and acquaintances. He is predeceased by his mother and father and two sisters, Lily and May and brother Cecil. He leaves to mourn his family in Ireland; nephews Gerald Robinson and Harold Hawke, Aunt Hettie and friends, Sam Bracegirdle, Norma Cullen, Don Murdock and David Hewitt. A special thanks to the doctors and staff at the St. Boniface Hospital. In accordance with Mr. Kelly's wishes, his memorial will be held by his family in Belfast, Ireland. In remembrance of Mr. Kelly memorial donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation, 1 452 Dovercourt Drive, Winnipeg, MB R3Y 1G4.
