EDWARD ALBERT SCHWARTZ Suddenly, on Wednesday October 13, 2010 at Health Sciences Centre, Ed Schwartz, aged 75 years, passed away. He was predeceased by his wife (our mom), Sonja in 1997 and brothers: Henry, Walter, and Rhinie. He is survived by his three children, Bob, Linda and Lisa. His brother Conrad and sister Hilda are also left to mourn his passing. There also many relatives and friends that will dearly miss Ed. Ed started his working career with K. Schwartz and Sons and worked there until the mid 80s. He then started his own company, Winnipeg Limousine Service. After many years, he sold the company, but continued to drive until his untimely end. Ed flourished in this industry. His professionalism and hard work were noticed by all. Customers would ask for Eddie, when they needed a limo. He will be missed by both, these customers and his colleagues in the industry. Ed was a loving and caring father. He would do anything for his kids and will never be forgotten for this. Dad, thanks. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ed's name may be made to the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Association, 6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Mb, R3K 0K6.
