ENRIQUE ARTURO (BOYCE) PEARASE January 8, 1989 - September 27, 2010 There are things that we don't want to happen but have to accept, things we don't want to know but have to learn, and people we can't live without but have to let go. It is with utterly broken hearts that we must let go of our beautiful boy. Enrique's departure has left this world an emptier place. Yet his presence in the world shone a special light on all who love him. This bright light will never dim but only grow brighter with our wonderful memories of him. No words can express how much he is missed. Enrique was a bright, articulate, creative and sensitive soul. We ask that you smile when you remember his sarcastic humour, that secret smirk, his mischievous ways, those beautiful eyes and his gentle and loving manner. Remember the good times you shared with him. Think of him in a place where he is playing video games to his heart's content and always has the high score. Enrique is being fondly remembered by his parents, Jackie and Glenn, his little sister, Olivia, and his big brother, Dale. Also grieving are his grandmothers, Gale Pearase and Cammy Boyce; his special cousins, Josh, Bradley and Rachael; his numerous other cousins; his aunts, Tracy, Patty, Cathy and Colleen; his uncles, David, Vincent, Robin, Danny, Chris, Jim and Kenny; his great-grandmother Dorothy Weston; his best gaming bud and Cammy's other' grandson, Mr. Jules; his childhood Fearsome Foursome' cohorts, Nick Bemister, Kody Olson and Lorne Granberg, and those friends who later joined his tight circle of friends including Chelsea O'Dell, Torrie (Nightengale) and Andrew Sperlich, Brian Freeman, Jessica Jones and many others, plus those friends more recently made in Winnipeg. Even Tia senses that someone important is missing in her life. Enrique is now in the loving care of his uncle Gary and enjoying the kisses of Zeus and Apollo. So although living without Enrique will be almost impossible, we take solace knowing he is with family, watching over us and waiting to see us again. Our family will never be the same without Enrique's wonderful smile and we will forever miss the feel of his arms around us, his kiss upon our cheeks and his laughter in our lives. But we will hear his laughter in every soft breeze, feel his hugs in every ray of sunshine, taste his kisses with the falling rain and see his smile in every sunrise and sunset. A celebration of Enrique's life was held Thursday, October 7, 2010 at 2:00 p.m., at Kingfisher Hall, Enderby, BC. I'll love you forever. I'll like you for always. As long as I'm living, my baby you'll be.
