MARY AIKMAN (nee MURRAY) Peacefully, on Sunday, October 17, 2010 at the Concordia Place Personal Care Home, Mary Aikman passed away at the age of 85 years. Mary was predeceased by her beloved husband Kenneth and daughter Andrea Knight. She will be lovingly remembered by son Murray (Donna), daughter Norene Aikman, son-in-law David Knight, grandsons Scott (Kathleen), Colin (Jill), great-grandchildren: Kaleigh, Damian, numerous nieces and nephews. Mom lived a full life. She worked part time in retail at Eatons, played bridge and bowled but her most favourite pastime was raising her children and spending time with family and friends. In accordance with Mary's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private interment will take place at a later date in the family niche at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. Special thanks are extended to the staff at Concordia Place Personal Care Home, Misericordia Chronic Care and Riverview Health Centre.
