NELLIE DUBESKY (nee ZALUSKI) 1922 - 2010 Nellie Dubesky passed away on August 29, 2010 at Heritage Lodge after a courageous battle with cancer. Nellie's great joy was looking after her family, always putting their needs before her own. She liked to spend her day taking long walks on Henderson Hwy. Nellie was predeceased by her husband Paul and son Donald, her parents Peter and Maria Zaluski, her sisters Jean and Helen and brothers Paul and Steve. Surviving is her sister Verlie Spakowski of Stonewall. Special thanks to all the caring staff at Heritage Lodge who went above and beyond to make Nellie's last year comfortable. Thanks to her caring doctors who helped her beat cancer 12 years ago. Thanks to Dr. Hugh Taylor, Dr. Ray Martens, Dr. Smart and Dr. Steinberg. At Nellie's request, cremation has taken place and a private family burial was held at All Saints Cemetery. Thank you to Fr. Mark Tarrant for the comforting service and to Cropo Funeral Chapel. May she rest in peace surrounded by her loved ones.
