LEONARD BILTON With great sadness in our hearts, we announce the passing of our husband, father, grandfather, Len Bilton. Len passed away peacefully in his sleep the evening of October 19, 2010 at Vista Park Lodge. Len leaves to mourn, his beloved wife Lily, son Robert Bilton, grandson Ryan Supeene of Vancouver, BC, granddaughter Crystal Supeene and many other family members and friends. He was preceded by his daughter and ray of sunshine Debra Supeene, his sister Isabelle Povah and twin brother Randy Bilton. Len was born in Winnipeg on January 30, 1929. He worked for the Province of Manitoba for 38 years with the Department of Highways and with Mines and Natural Resources. In keeping with Len's wishes, Cremation has taken place and a Remembrance Gathering will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at the Royal Canadian Legion Fort Garry Branch, 1125 Pembina Hwy., Winnipeg, MB at 11:30 a.m. Our family would like to thank all the amazing staff at Riverview Health Centre Unit 3W and especially the nurses and staff at Vista Park Lodge for the continued support throughout Len's final months. In lieu of flowers, donations in Len's memory may be made to CancerCare Manitoba or charity of your choice.
