Dad was born and raised in Riverton, Manitoba. Dad started his hardworking life at the age of 14 fishing on Lake Winnipeg. Then at the age of 18 he started working for MTS until he retired in 1986. Dad married the love of his life at 21 and they moved to Winnipeg to raise their family. After retirement, mom and dad moved back to Riverton so dad could continue his passion for fishing. Mom and dad eventually moved back to Winnipeg in 2007. If dad could have wrote a book, it would have been a best seller with all the great stories he had. May the waters be calm and the fish a-plenty in the lake up in the sky. Dad was a loving husband, father and Afi, who will be dearly missed. A private interment will be held at a later date.
