MARGARET DASILVA With her family by her side, Margaret passed away at the age of 55 years. She is survived by her loving husband Jose, son David, mother, brothers, sisters, many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. According to Margaret's wishes, a private funeral service has been held. A special thank you to the doctors and nurses at St. Boniface Hospital, Palliative Unit, for your care and attention. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Margaret's memory to the Canadian National Autism Foundation, 38 King Street East, P.O. Box 66512, Stoney Creek, ON L8G 5E5. I was in need of an aunt and a godmother, The one I had was like no other. She was lively and charismatic, When I looked into her eyes for the first time, it was automatic. I could make her eyes gleam, This is the sweet, elegant auntie of any dream. Only as giving as she can be, And more loving than anyone could ever see. I want my auntie, here and now, But then again I must allow, For someone to hold onto her, just for a little while, Until I can again see that remembered smile. Poem written by her godson, Jesse Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111
