Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELMER LENTZ March 28, 1940 October 22, 2010 Elmer Allan (Al) Lentz passed away at Lake of the Woods District Hospital in Kenora, Ontario, Friday, October 22, 2010. Elmer was born in Beausejour, Manitoba, March 28, 1940. He resided in Kenora most of his life retiring from the Ministry of Transportation after 24 years of service. He was predeceased by his parents, Roy and Alvina Lentz and his brother Arthur. Elmer is survived by Maria, his loving friend and companion of 35 years and their children, Jeremy and Luane. Also surviving are his sister-in-law Evelyn Lentz of Kenora, nephew Art Lentz Jr. (Bette) and a niece Cindy. It was Al's request that there be no funeral service. All my lessons, I've just finished learning, The propeller on my beanie has just finished turning. The pain has gone, it's a calm, bright, sunny day, There are no more obstacles in my way. The higher ground, now all sharp and clear, Coming home from school, I'll get there from here.
