Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJEAN KOWALCHUK (nee CESMYSTRUK) Peacefully with family by her side, Jean Kowalchuk passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital on October 26, 2010, at the age of 69. Left to cherish her memory are husband Eugene; daughter Heather; son Mark (Mandy); granddaughter Chelsey Kirby; sister Elsie (Wes) Martin; brother Edward Cesmystruk. She will always be remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Jean was predeceased by parents Anne and Marko Cesmystruk. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation or other charity. Cremation and private family interment will precede the memorial service. A memorial service and celebration of Jean's life will be held Saturday, November 6, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., 982-7550.
