Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKATHERINE EMILIE SMITH (nee YEDON) Peacefully on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 Katherine Emilie Smith passed away 10 days shy of her 97th birthday. She is survived by her daughter Marjorie Kriss, granddaughter Janice (James) Urchenko, grandson Trevor (Brenda) Kriss and her four beloved great-grandchildren, Krista and Erik Urchenko, Kaitlyn and Kevin Kriss. She is also survived by her sister Margaret Yedon. She was predeceased by her husband George Phillip Smith in October 1977, whom she missed terribly. We would like to thank the home care staff from Access River East and Concordia Village who helped make Nan's last years comfortable. Graveside service will be held on Friday, November 5, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Brookside Cemetery, 3001 Notre Dame Avenue. Please meet at the cemetery office. Flowers are gratefully declined.
